ANNIVERSARY - GIVE AWAY

Soon it´s about 5 years ago, I started this blog - It calls for a celebration! And I hope that you are into celebrating with me. . .

It´s going to happen with a nice Give Away, that will keep you warm this coming Autumn/Winter.

I guess it´s also time for some kind of a status of my blog too. . .
Back then I started out, because I wanted to interact and share creative projects, thoughts and ideas. I was hoping to inspire and get inspired. 
I use blogging as a way of expression and to share idéas, fashion design, projects as well as commenting on lifestyle and what is going on culturally, from my point of view.

I still like to blog, but I have to admit it is not always rewarding in terms of interacting and sharing.

LOUNGE WEAR

Long time, no see. I have been quite busy launching our new blog - DESIGN GALLERIET - and preparing for our pop-up Blog events at Cadenhead´s Whiskyshop here in Odense.

WINTER CLOAKS

The dark cold season is approaching. . .
- And surprisingly most people have a tendency to wear dark and dull colours, that most certainly doesn´t call for a happy spirit. Maybe because it is the easiest solution.

But actually colours have this wonderful effect, that they can prevent even the most darkest and depressing winter mood. Of course it demands that you take a conscious choice.

COLLECTION COMING TOGETHER !

I know I´ve been absent for a while. . . But with good reason. Remember some time ago, I wrote about a collaboration with my friend Rikke.
We wanted to create something different. A collection that stood out. A very simple and artistic collection, where you can mix different items, colours and cuts. Made primarily in nature fibers, like linen, viscose and silk.

Well, it´s coming together, slowly. . . we are working on some prototypes, that is going to bee produced eventually.
By the way, do any of you readers have experience with production. If so, I would love to hear from you. Also if you would like to model some of the Items, get in touch.

We are going to Give Away an Item of your own choice in time, so stay tuned. Here is a little teaser!

MY FASHION AGENDA

I´m back from a nice break in the sun with new energy. . . if you have been wondering about my whereabouts.

 

Before the vacation, I had to finish the Gala dress for my niece and different other things. But now I´m back. 

Today, I am working on a new project, that is a a little secret for now. It will be revealed in time, so stay tuned.
Tomorrow I am bringing home the dresses from the display at Profil Optik. So, it´s your last chance to take a look before it´s to late. Otherwise you will have to make an appointment.

FASHION TENDENCIES

The Fashion Magazine Costume, that first came out in Mai 2002, is celebrating their release No. 100 and because of that, they have an extra addition about the 10 greatest tendencies for the coming season.

Overall, I would call the trends "back to basics". The designers have chosen to focus on simple silhouettes in their collections, inspired by the 50's, classic coats, long dresses, waistcoats, knitwear, fur, velour and colors like white, gray, black as well as beige and blue in all shades.

Inspired by Costume, I too would like to celebrate my post number 50 with a little Give-away. It consists of free consultation, se previous post. You just have to post a comment and I will draw the lots between the participants.
